We have Tobly McSmith, the owner of Here and Now Kava bar in NYC on the show to talk about the journey it took to open the kava bar, a dream of his. This dream unfortunately has been attacked by the NYC health dept who is now waging war against kava bars in NYC, including some other major bars named during the episode. This was one of the most frustrating stories we have listened to and our heart goes out to the NYC kava community who is under attack on baseless claims.
