Nano Lyfe Nana Kava Extract

Monday Monday Monday. Been a crazy one for us 😂 But, feel like this review might be fitting since this product might have come in to use today when we were on the move!

Nano Lyfe is offering their Kava extract, with nano technology that in theory makes the extract more bioavailable. This product comes in a dropper at 30ML with each serving (1ML) providing 1,000mg of total kavalactones for a concentrated extract of 33mg of nano kavalactones. The bottle says not to exceed 4 servings per day and this extract can be taken as a shot, or added to a beverage.

The biggest benefit we see to extracts are the ability to carry it around with you and take very easily (hence, maybe at work or a stressful day where you need something discrete, aka not a giant jug of kava). Additionally, they can be added to beverages to make the drinking process a little smoother than medium grind prep kava and more palatable for the average user.

As far as effects, this felt pretty on par with an extract of this MG amount, and offered a general sense of calming and well being. At the max dose of 4 ML there was a slightly stronger effect, but still pretty mellow. Extracts in general will give a different feeling from medium grind in our opinion and we do feel like they have their place, absolutely, but the experience is different. We see it more as a quick, calming source of kava that is still functional and has less of the “sleepy” qualities some medium grinds do.

Overall though this was a solid extract, and the packaging/branding was super cool. A good choice if you are looking for dropper style extract!
