Kava Pre Workout?!

In Ep#42, Heidi and Charles talk about kava pre workout, along with our audio review on Kavafied's Supreme and Lapita Kava!
For us, kava has always been something we have used to wind down with, typically at the end of the day. Or, if we are day drinking kava, it's also a way for us to relax a bit more, become more social, and introspective. As you probably know by now from listening to us, we are fans of heavy leaning kava (more for relaxation, sleep, and body tension relief). When it comes to our pre workout, we like ingredients that amp us up (caffeine, pre workouts, you get it!) as opposed to kava, which we believe is meant to relax the mind and body.
If you are doing a moderate form of exercise, like hiking or taking a long stroll, or even yoga, then we definitely see the place a heady (more uplifting, euphoric vibes) kava being used!
