Heritage Kava Review

Today we are bringing you a review on a newer Amazon kava find we came across while shopping. This is the brand Heritage Kava and currently they have two offerings on their Amazon storefront.
.
Both offerings say “Pure Noble Fijian Kava”, so we aren’t quite sure the difference between the two packages. We will say though, this kava came beautifully packaged in a nice cardboard box with the kava vacuum sealed inside. There was some info on the company, which is headquartered in Ovalau, the 6th largest island in Fiji.
.
This kava mixed very heavy, dark, with a large amount of froth. Almost looked like a frothy glass of light chocolate milk! The taste was very strong, and we noted a slightly peculiar aftertaste than other kavas we are used to drinking. Not necessarily good or bad, just something we noted.
.
Effects were fairly balanced, with larger servings leaning more heavy but not quite “sleepy” like some kavas will provide. Overall, a solid balanced Fijian cultivar that did the job.
.
This retails for $41.95 on Amazon for a pound, which is very affordable. The company website provided a little more information on the company, but for those looking for lab reports/testing, none were available.
.
In summary, a decent kava for the price, and probably a good one if you are on a budget or new to kava and not willing to spend on the pricier brands. Find them at https://www.heritagekava.com/
